No, we do not offer shipping arrangements for our products.
All Rolex and Tudor watches sold at Chang Ein Hong Watch Dealer come with an international five-year guarantee, which will be completed and dated at the time of purchase.
As an Official Rolex and Tudor Retailer, we are authorised to receive your Rolex and Tudor timepieces for servicing at the Rolex Service Centre. The staff at the Rolex Service Centre are equipped with the requisite expertise and technical proficiency to provide guidance on all aspects of care for Rolex and Tudor watches.
For servicing and maintenance of the other watch brands we carry, please call or visit our boutique with your enquiries. Our highly trained and experienced in-house team offers a comprehensive range of services, including complete servicing, battery replacement, water-resistance testing, cleaning, polishing, regulation, fine-tuning, and bracelet adjustments.
Your luxury watch deserves the best care and attention to ensure that it looks and performs at its best. Wear your watch daily, or as regularly, as you can to keep it running—especially for mechanical watches. When you are not wearing the watch, store it away properly. Clean it with a soft microfibre cloth, wind it, and keep it safely in a watch box or safe away from direct sunlight and magnetic fields. We also recommend that you send your watch for servicing every five to 10 years.
